She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Edward McGarity; and her sons, James McGarity and Marvin "Eddie" McGarity, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda McGarity (Jim Bryce) of Lilburn; her sister Joann Huffman of Macon; and her grandsons, Thomas McGarity and Cody Adams. She is also survived by extended family, church family, and friends.
