He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bertram Howe and Emeteria Mercedes Ramos. He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Howe; his children, Sara Howe, Conner Howe, Shawn Howe and Jalon Abbot; his grandchildren, Aurora Leffler and Atticus Leffler; and his siblings, Devlin Howe and Amy Howe.
