With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelva Shirley Jackson of Douglasville, Georgia, who passed away on February 20, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Eugene Boger and Gladys Craven Boger; her son Ronald Glenn Cox; and her siblings, Mary Donald and Alvin Douglas Boger.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth David Jackson; her daughters, Teresa Ann Wilson and Michelle Renee Burt; her son-in-law Scott Burt of Douglasville; her son Donald Len Cox of Bremen; and her sister Eunice Davis of Monroe, GA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
