He is survived by: his wife Rosemary "Penny" Newborn; his children, Tyler Newborn (Raya) and Hannah Key (Grant); his grandchildren, Azzilee Ray Newborn, Lakelynn Summer Key and Thatcher James Newborn; his siblings, Jim Newborn, Melissa "Lisa" Pharr (Jimmy) and Barbara Jean Reynolds; and his brothers-in-law, C. Jr. Smith, Earl Smith and Vernon Pace. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Atlanta West Pentecostal Church (2960 Skyview Dr, Lithia Springs, GA 30122). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at the Sunrise Memorial Gardens (11261 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville, GA 30134).
