He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward Webb and Mary Ethel Smiley; and his sister Tina Marie Mosley. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Bryant of Seminole and Abraham Webb of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; his brothers, Paul Abraham Webb (Nancy C.) of Milton and William T. Webb of Auburndale, Florida; and his grandchildren, Tyler Hicks, Haley Gray, Jamie Gray, Mary Gray and Adrian Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
