He was predeceased by: his parents, L. B. Stanford Sr. and Susie Mae Holland Stanford; his daughter Debbie Stanford; and his siblings, Joan McCoy, Harrell Stanford, William Stanford and L. B. Stanford Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Trannell Hardin Stanford; his children, Cindy Landrum (Tim) and Tim Stanford (Leslie); his daughter-in-law Julia Stanford; his grandchildren, Keely (Chris), Kylie (Shea), Chad (Elise) and Jacob (Marisa); and his great grandchildren, Cash, Elam, Dyllan, Caiden, Wesley, Alaina, Raelie, Tyson, Hudson, Maggie, Kenley, Allie and Maddie. He is also survived by four nieces; two nephews; and four great nephews.
