He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Lee Bolen, Sr. and Adrienne Morris Kesel; his wife Delphia Eleanor Bolen; his sons, Larry Lynn Bolen and Garry Lee Bolen; and his brother Jerry Bolen.
He is survived by: his stepmother Buelah Bolen; his sons, DC of Washington, Madrid, Spain and Darryl Clark Bolen (Belinda Bolen) of Ocklocknee; his daughter-in-law Donna Bolen of Sharpsburg; and his siblings, Ann Ward (Gene Ward) of Nemours, Rick Bolen of Tampa and Rusty Bolen of Vinton. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
