She is survived by: her children, Susan Johnson (Curt), Tanya Hart, Julia Chism (Shane Hamblin), Debbie Hart and Alex Hart; her siblings, Ricky Cantrell, Jerry Cantrell and James Cantrell; and her grandchildren, Dean, Sydney, Ashley, Kristin, Katie, Matthew, Jared, Taylor and Trevor.
