He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Eisenmann and Bertha Rauhaus Eisenmann; and his brothers, Dave (Kay Eisenmann), Paul Eisenmann, Dale Eisenmann and Harry Eisenmann.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Barden Eisenmann; his children, Sherri Kelley of Villa Rica and Craig; his daughter-in-law Melissa Eisenmann of Douglasville, Georgia; his sisters-in-law, Elaine Eisenmann and Loretta Eisenmann; his grandchildren, Regan Newell, Jordan Cooke, Brent Eisenmann, Emily Kelley and Beau Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Ari Martinez and Luke Eisenmann.

Ike loved to ride motorcycles and was a Motorcycle Safety Foundation instructor for the military, Dekalb College and Harley Davidson of Atlanta..

“Dear Liz and family, We were sorry to hear of Virgil's passing. We have many fond memories of Ike driving us around Hawaii in June of 1975 when we were there on our honeymoon. We went to the Polynesian Village, the luau, and also met you and Craig and Sherri. We also stopped at your place in Douglasville once on our way to Florida. We were glad you could make it to the Eisenmann reunion at the homeplace. You have our sympathy and we will keep you in our prayers. Love, Chuck and Rita Hodel”
