She was predeceased by: her father David Earl Wade. She is survived by: her mother Kaythryn Wade; and her siblings, Scott (Leah Wade), Randall (Julie Wade), Laura (Richard Davis) and Andrea (Todd Tingen). She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
