He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Tyson and Nancy Anthony Tyson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Adamson Tyson; his children, David Tyson (Jessie) and Nancy Tyson; his grandchildren, Maleah Tyson, Livia Tyson, Pierce Tyson and Ella Bates; and his sisters, Ruth Sabatini (Art), Mary Ann Hopkins, Beth Park (Bill) and Jean Tyson (Alan Schwartzman).
