He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Carr (Brandon) of Macon and Ashley Perkins (Jesse) of Macon; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Carr, Natalie Carr and Hailie Crumpton (Gabby); and his siblings, Betty Wood of Dry Branch, Debbie Patterson of Gray and Jeff Foskey (Charlotte) of Gray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
