Barbara Oliver Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Oliver of Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Oliver to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Shewmaker Rooks and George Rooks, Jr.; her husband Charles Oliver; her sisters, Myretha Francis and Annie Beulah Rooks; her aunt Kathleen "Kitty" Rooks Hamilton (Gladys Rozier); and her niece Patricia Ann Rooks.

She is survived by: her nephews, Darryl "Butch" Rooks, Lieutenant Colonel and Gregory Rooks (Joan); her niece Judge Shana Malone (Robin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Renee Thomas (Kinyum), Heather Williams, Darrick Rooks, Kelsey Rooks, Keith Rooks (Clarisa) and Alyssa Rooks; her cousins, Kathy Hamilton, Darien Hamilton, Keith Rozier (Daisy), LaTonia Rozier and Tina Rozier; and her goddaughter Antoinette Jenkins (Tyrus). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
