He is survived by: his mother Inez Cooper; his siblings, Walter Cooper, Jr. of Dublin, Herman Cooper of Dublin and Katie Cooper Wells of East Dublin; and his nieces and nephews, Dr. Rachel Bray (Kelvin) of Milledgeville, RaShonda Cooper of Atlanta, Keith Cooper of Columbus and Henry Spikes of Fernandina Beach. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
