He was predeceased by: his parents, Oder Thomas, Jr. and Blanche Dominey Thomas; his wife Susan Rebecca Johnson Thomas; and his son Anthony Thomas. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Steven Thomas (Paige) of Dudley, Joshua Thomas of Dudley and Rebecca Neesmith of Dudley; and his brothers, Ronnie (Patsy) and Thomas of Milledgeville. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Stanley Funeral Home - Dublin (1320 US-441, Dublin, GA 31021). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dublin Memorial Gardens (2986 US-80, Dublin, GA 31021).
