She was predeceased by: her parents, William Columbus and Julia Meeks Chester; her husband B. Carroll Ill (Sonny); and her siblings, Rowena Chester, Clay Chester, Golos Chester Blount, Ethel Chester Bedingfield, Julia Chester Veal, Ruth Chester Brown, Ruby Chester Franklin, Grace Chester Beacham, Virginia Chester Kirkpatrick, Doris Chester Andrieni-Portka and Wesley Chester.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan Carroll and Michael Carroll (Becky); her grandchildren, Michael Clay Carroll Jr. (Katie) and Callie Carroll Ricks (Kenny); and her great grandchildren, Hayden Ricks and Bennett Ricks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
