He is survived by: his wife Jackie Hartley of East Dublin; his children, Kayla Hartley of Dublin, Hillarie Hartley of Dublin and Spencer Hartley (Candace) of Louisiana; his siblings, Michele Howard (Steve) of Dublin and Ricky Joe Hartley of East Dublin; and his grandchildren, Kamdyn Warnock, Kassidie Lovett, Kaden Bloodsaw, Maeleigh Hartley, Raelie Lovett, Kolby Bloodsaw, Kason Bloodsaw and Marcel Brown.
