She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mitchell and Susie Mae Edmond; her husband Junior Bailey; her sons, Ronnie Bailey and Freddie Bailey; her grandson Jo'siah Bell; and her great grandchild Twan Loyd.
She is survived by: her children, James Bailey, Larry Bailey (Debbie), Patricia Lloyd (Frankie), Letha Bailey (Willie) and Glenda Bailey (Larry); her siblings, Lamar Mitchell and Mage Mitchell; and her aunt Mable Edmond. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren, thirteen great great-grandchildren, as well as a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
