He is survived by: his wife Josephine Smith-Howard; his children, Dedtra Howard, Shenita Howard of Warner Robins, Kentra Guyton (Katrina) of Dublin, Carlon and Joey Howard of Atlanta; his sisters, Rosetta "Rose" Taylor of Savannah and Linda Faye O'Neal of Dublin; his uncle Jimmy Howard; his siblings-in-law, Nina Johnson (Walter) of Augusta, Rosie Paulk of Baxley, Jaunita Rozier, Shirely Smith, Annie M. Fryer, Willena Moss of Hazlehurst, Mattie Miley, Charlotte Peterson of Detroit, Albert Taylor, Tommie Moss and Walter Johnson; his grandchildren, Kamil, Dondriea, Delijah, Miori, Tyvanius, V'Daul, Journie, Alday Shein and Treasuriauna; his nephews, Winston O'Neal (Carolyn) and Jamie Paulk (Rhonda); Christian of Washington. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
