She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Iverson Lord and Flora Sapp Lord; her husband Hobert "Buddy" Engle Evans; and her brothers, Carl Lord and Hugh Lord.

She is survived by: her children, Burt Evans (Michelle) of Dublin and Dawn Holley (Dennis) of Dublin; her grandchildren, Morgan Barker (Taylor), Molly Strickland (Fisher), Jared Holley (Nikka), Taylor Holley (Kristen), Hobie Evans (Abby), Kip Evans (Sarah) and Hanna Williams (Chas); and her great grandchildren, Fisher Strickland, Collier Strickland, Grady Barker, Evelyn Evans, Charlie Williams, Wren Williams and Winston Evans. She is also survived by family and friends as "Gran".

In lieu of flowers, the family would love for everyone to write down their favorite memory of Gran and consider continuing her legacy of generosity by sponsoring a child this Christmas.
