She is survived by: her children, Kim Dixon (Bucky), Jonathan Greene (Emily) and Michael Carter; her siblings, Kenneth Walker (Sherri) and Sharron Poppell (Ed); and her grandsons, Walker Dixon (Brittany), Garrett Dixon and Brayden Dixon.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions, in memory of Carolyn, be made to Pine Forest Methodist Church Building Fund, 400 Woods Avenue, Dublin, Georgia 31021.
