He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Rose Wiggins; his children, Cleveland Kinsey, Luevada Wiggins Thompkins, Mary Nell O'Neal and Barbara Ann Wiggins Tobridge; his grandchildren, Metressa Shatoya Wiggins, Jeffery Dewayne Edmond and Christopher Raman Kinsey; and his siblings, Johnny Wiggins, Elijah Wiggins, Jr., Luevata Wiggins, Luella Wiggins Walker and Clara Wiggins Griffin.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Brewer (Norman) of Eastman, Patricia Barlow Williams, Susie Irvin (Levi), Ella Louise Wiggins Edmond, Elizabeth Ortiz (Wiggins), Willie James Wiggins, Frankie Wiggins (Brenda) and Clarence Wiggins; and his siblings, Susie Wiggins and Clarence Wiggins of Dublin. He is also survived by thirty grandchildren, forty-three great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
