He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Whittington and Essie Mae Watson Crabb; his daughter Connie Whittington; and his brothers, Ray Whittington and Tommy Whittington.
He is survived by: his significant other Catherine W. Davis of Dublin; his son Jason Whittington (Tanya) of Dublin; his stepsons, Douglas Davis (Kerry) of Dalton and Drew Davis (Caroll) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Christopher Whittington, Chelsey Whittington, Austin Whittington (Kayla) and Trenton Whittington; his great grandchildren, Phoenix Whittington, Kaylynn Hayes and Cameron Whittington; and his sisters, Debbie McDaniel (Larry) of Swainsboro and Martha Snyder (Burton) of Tallahassee, FL..
