He was predeceased by: his parents, David Brinson and Nellie Cox Brinson; his brothers, Ted Brinson and Hansel Brinson; and his brothers-in-law, Oscar Garnto and Oliver Garnto.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Boone Brinson of Dublin; his daughter Teresa "Terri" Bradshaw of Dublin; his sisters, Vonnie Garnto of Locust Fork, AL and Connie Garnto of Pooler; and his sisters-in-law, Patsy Brinson of Dublin and Gina Brinson of Rentz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
