She is survived by: her husband Richard Hughes; her siblings, Ted Williams (Rose) and Carolyn Jones (Daniel); and her cousins, Jacquelyn Moore and James Wheeling (Carolyn). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First African Baptist Church (405 Telfair St, Dublin, GA 31021).
