He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Soapy" Savant, Sr. and Carlene Rouse Savant. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Savant; his children, Rebekkah Savant Dixon (Fred), Josh Savant (Chanlee) of Rentz and Jake Savant (Ericka) of Rentz; his grandchildren, Colton May, Fynlee Savant, James Eric Savant, Harrison Savant, Eden Savant and Obie Lawrence Dixon; and his sisters, Donna Savant of Warrensburg, MO and Angie Savant Barrentine (David) of Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations, in memory of Dusty, be made to the Green Acres Golf & Recreation Club, c/o Irrigation Fund, 332 Rentz-Dexter Road, Dexter, Georgia 31019.
