Edward Lee Casteen Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Lee Casteen in Dublin, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hosea and Later Jewel Kent Casteen; his former wife Irmgard Maier Casteen; and his daughter Dian Casteen Fields. He is survived by: his spouse Fraulein Irmgard "Emmy" Maier; his children, Eleonore Casteen Bailey (Phil) of Milledgeville, Patricia Casteen Driggers of Milledgeville, Debra Casteen Dubberly (Tim) of Glennville, Douglas Casteen (Leisa) of Hagan and Alicia Casteen Stanley (Stacy) of Johnson Corner, Georgia; and his sister Annette Maund (Asa) of Glennville, Georgia. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren.
