It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Robert Pierce of Dublin, Georgia, born in Canandaigua, New York, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Pierce and Helen Leary Pierce; his wife Dorothy Cook Pierce; his siblings, Janet Doell, Nenie Pierce, Butch Pierce, Frank Pierce, Phil Pierce and Harley Edmond; and his granddaughter Ashley Marie Watson.

He is survived by: his children, Angela Pierce Watson (Steve) of Dublin, Steve Pierce (Laura) of Huntsville, AL and Sheila Pierce Pineyro (Dan) of Alpharetta, GA; his grandchildren, Ben Pierce (Heather), Gary Pierce (Lucia), Megan Watson (Chad McCullars) and Michael Pineyro; his great grandchild Maddie Jean Pierce; and his siblings, Joanne Sweet, Nell Rosini, Gary Pierce and Chuck Pierce.
