It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Williams in Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Emma Williams to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Moseley and Emma Gillis Moseley; her husband Franklin Williams; and her siblings, Grace Callahan, Eula Edwards, Roscoe Moseley, Newton Moseley and Alex Moseley.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Williams (April) of Dublin and Marsha McDaniel (George) of Newnan, Georgia.; her sisters, Jeanette NeeSmith of Cochran and Lorene Moseley of Uvalda, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Macey McDaniel Wagner (Matthew) of Johnson City, Maggie McDaniel of Richmond, Virginia, Randee Mock (Tre) of Dublin and Zachary Williams (Samantha) of Minot; and her great grandchildren, William Wagner, Jackson Wagner of Johnson City, Beau Williams of Minot, Liam Mock, Theo Mock of Dublin, Braelynn and Brylynn Edge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mosley Cemetery (4896 S Old River Rd, Uvalda, GA 30473).
