He was predeceased by: his parents, Dessie Mae Allen Smith and Ernest Smith, Sr.; and his sister Eva Mae Christian. He is survived by: his wife Ardrich Lee Smith; and his children, Lonny Smith (Ammie), Mary Smith, Ulyesses Smith, Naomi Coleman (John), Willie Brinson (Charlene), Patricia Smith and Ernest Smith (Pamela). He is also survived by his 29 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holly Springs Baptist Church (705 Buckeye Rd, East Dublin, GA 31027).
