She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Armistead and Lenoie Mercer Connell; her husbands, Dr. Robert Edgar Rigsby and Benjamin Franklin Moody; and her daughter Patti Rigsby Till.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Rigsby of Dublin and Eddie Rigsby of Fountain Inn, SC; her siblings, Edward Connell of Toomsboro and Shirley Fountain of McIntyre; her grandchildren, Justin Rigsby, Jennifer Lo, Daniel Rigsby, Timothy Rigsby, Sarah Wenger, Rebecca Petty-Neal and Leah Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Lillie, Ella, Jacob, Victoria, Aiden, Hadden, Ashlyn, Jase, Rielyn, Owen, Brenna, Cameron, Collin, Judah, Selah and Bennett.
