He is survived by: his wife Shelley Smith of Rentz; his son Owen Trevor Smith of Live Oak, FL; his siblings, Dennis Smith of Valdosta, James Smith of Valdosta, Jeff Smith of Arizona and Barbara Ann Smith of Valdosta; and his nieces and nephews, Brett Smith, Dustin Smith, Justin Smith, Misty Smith Roberts, Tracy Bennett and Sarah Bennett.
