He is survived by: his wife Faye Oliver; his children, Scott Oliver, Ritchie Mullis and Deanna Morgan; his siblings, Billy Oliver Sr., Jackie Oliver and Peggy Ivory; and his grandchildren, Chase Oliver, Cam Oliver and Olivia Brantley.
