He is survived by: his brother Kenny Van Ness (Jennifer) of Dublin; his sibling's children, Brian Van Ness (Jody) of Rincon, Jock Padgett (Lori) of Lewis Center, Ohio and Kimberly Van Ness (Josh); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gavin Van Ness (Shelby Hodges), Olivia Van Ness, Luke Van Ness, Caroline Padgett, Ainsley Padgett and Satilla Pritchett; his aunt Vivian Pennock; and also Hudson Hodges.
