He is survived by: his wife Elaine Howell; and his children, George Henry Howell, Jr., Christina Flury (Marcus), Cassandra Gholson (Brian), Stacy Smith (Chris) and Dana Jackson (Bo). He is also survived by three brothers, one sister, and six grandchildren.
