He was predeceased by: his parents, Abner Lamar Fordham and Estelle Pirkle Fordham; his sister Maxine Morton; and his wife Myra Dominy Fordham (Dominy). He is survived by: his sisters, Gwenett Evans of Hinesville and Faye Wright (Edward) of Eastman, Georgia.; his children, Deanne Mance (Ben) of Springhill, Stephanie Young (Kevin) of Titusville and Paul Fordham (Deanna) of Viera, Florida.; his grandchildren, Stacey Blackwell (Brian), Justin Neth, Jay Vinson (Hannah), Jacob Fordham and Joshua Fordham; and his great grandchildren, Levi, James, Ryelyn, Allie and Bennett.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Poplar Springs North Baptist Church.
