He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Barwick and Mazie Lee Reese Barwick; his siblings, Debra Brown, Laverne Johnson, Kathy Barwick, Jack, Verdie, Bobby, Charles, Emory and Roger Barwick; his son-in-law John A. Logan; and his grandson Ryan Barwick.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Tolbert Barwick; his children, Greg Barwick (Dannell) and Holly Foskey (Keith) of East Dublin; his brothers, Wayne Barwick of East Dublin, James Barwick of East Dublin and Jimmy Barwick of Kite; his grandchildren, Blake Barwick, Danni Barwick, Rob Foskey, Shanna Smalley (Gatlin) and Hunter Foskey; and his great grandchildren, Mattee, Lukas and Liam Smalley.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Graham Memorial Church of the Nazarene R.E.A.C.H. Ministry or to the Graham Memorial Church Building Fund.
