He was predeceased by: his brother Steve Manley; his parents-in-law, Sandra and Charles Stokes; and his nephew Gordon Cartee III. He is survived by: his wife Kellie Stokes Manley of Dublin; his children, Landon Kyle Manley of Dexter and Morgan Claire Whitaker (William) of Dublin; his grandson Charles Gregory Whitaker; his siblings, Rodney Manley (Holly) of East Dublin, Russell Manley (Missy) of Augusta and Tammie Cartee (Gordon) of Madison; his sisters-in-law, Karon Amerson (Toby) and Kim Thomas (Kevin); and his friends, Aaron McDaniel, Eric Allen, Chris Woodard, Scott Mullis, Ashley Windham, Marshall Floyd, Ricky Mitchell, Chance Davis and Clay Lord. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Liberty Church (900 Hillcrest Pkwy, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
