He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor L. Hultquist, Sr. and Helen Ann Lyons Hultquist. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Lane Hultquist of Dublin; his sons, Col. Michael B. Hultquist (Gloria) of Tampa and Erik Aaron Hultquist (Brittany) of Allentown, Pennsylvania.; his brother Victor Lawrence Hultquist of Pennsylvania; and his nephews, Pete (Nicole Bishop), Morgan Bishop, Levi, Reagan Ashby, John, Shannon Lane (Bea Lane), Mackie Lane and Brynlee Lane.
