He was predeceased by: his parents, David "Doc" Toler and Hazel Walker Toler; his wife Betty Nell Scott Toler; and his sister Diana Hollis. He is survived by: his son Waylon Toler (Angel) of East Dublin, GA; his granddaughters, Jessica Toler of East Dublin, GA and Bethany Toler of East Dublin, GA; and his siblings, Teresa Bellflower (Bruce) and Monty Toler (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
