It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Woodard Harper of Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Neal Harper (Jim); her parents, James Ira Woodard and Addie Bell Dixon Woodard; and her brothers, Kent Woodard and Leroy Woodard.
She is survived by: her sons, Neal A. Baggett of Dublin and Jeffery G. Baggett of Fort Lauderdale; her brother James M. Woodard (Barbara) of Dublin; her sister-in-law Jewel Woodard of East Dublin; and her niece Kristin Daniel of Dexter Ga. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
