He is survived by: his grandson P. J. Primus; his wife Debra L. Blash; his sister Ernestine Horne; his sister-in-law Lisa Dudley-Stevenson; his nieces and nephews, Pete Primus (Angel), Christopher Blash, Shantaya Dudley and Ashley Blash; his stepsiblings, Ernest Jean Davis, Robert Davis, Willie James Wright (Beluah) and Jacquelyn Pearson (James); and his nieces and nephews, Willie Horne, III (Carolyn) and LaGina Henderson (Ernest). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
