She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, Karen Carter of Dublin and Judy Carter of Dexter; her siblings, Alton Rowland (Emily) of East Dublin and Fay Price of Dublin; her sister-in-law Audrey Rowland of Gray; her grandchildren, Lucy Carter Crosby (Jason), Tim Carter (Kristie) and April Carter Watson; and her close friend Betty Barbee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
