He is survived by: his wife Beth; his mother Doris Lorimer; his daughter Emily Shuman (Rob); his grandchildren, Winslow Grace, Birdie Rose and Robert Daniel Shuman, IV (Bobby); his cousins, Tim and Tad Mertens; and his caregivers, Stephanie Wood and Carrie Clements.
