She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubie Lee Dukes and Jewel Starley Dukes; her daughter Melisa Ann O'Quinn; and her sister Helen Ware. She is survived by: her children, Aubry O'Quinn (Cindy) and Brandy Cox (Mark); her sister Nita Jeffers (Ralph); her grandchildren, Dylan O'Quinn (Kim), Casey Taylor, Nikolaus O'Quinn, Alecia Guthrie, Samantha Howard, Joshua O'Quinn, Justice Sumoski, Gage Garnto, Liberty Cox, Eric Mimbs and Trey Mimbs; and her great grandchildren, Kehlani O'Quinn, Zane Seymour, Bryant O'Quinn, Hattie Mae O'Quinn, Hazleigh O'Quinn, Andy O'Quinn, Tucker Howard, Frankie Howard and Addie Guthrie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
