He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Fordham, Jr. and Rebecca Jones Fordham. He is survived by: his brothers, Malcolm Fordham of Pennsylvania and Stephen Fordham of South Carolina; his sisters-in-law, Cynthia Fordham and Jane Fordham; and his caregivers, Natalie Gooch and Cynthia Brown.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Townsend Brothers Funeral Home (215 W Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mary Whitaker Townsend Memorial Chapel (215 W Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021). A committal service was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Dublin Memorial Gardens (2986 US-80, Dublin, GA 31021).
