He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo "Ram" Gregory and Maudie Lou Hurst Gregory; and his brothers, James Elmon Gregory, Willie Cleveland Gregory, Herbert Eugene Gregory and Samuel Hurst Gregory.

He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Gregory of Dublin, Madilyn Gregory Washington of Macon and Victor Sean Gregory of Gray; his grandchildren, Brandon Hubbard, Adrian Hubbard of Chester, Ayden Stanley of Dublin, Ashton Gregory, Ashaad Gregory of Warner Robins and Baylee Gregory of Gray; and his brothers, Walter Lee "Pete" Gregory (Tressie Lee), Thomas Hayward Gregory (Calvory) and Jimmy Lee Gregory. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
