He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Elza Cox and Carol Virginia Sandifer Cox. He is survived by : his daughters, Lona Cox Carrier (Richie) and Holli Cox Edwards (Chris); his grandchildren, Chad Joseph Burch, Jr., Savannah Burch Grantham (Noah), Emily M. Edwards and Christopher Shepard Edwards, Jr.; and his siblings, Gerald Cox (Connie), Yvonne Cox and Rejinia Cox Patrick (Kerry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to be made in Ken's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) in Memphis, Tennessee.
