It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Payne Smith of Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her sisters, Geraldine Durry and Mabelene Holliman. She is survived by : her husband Willie Frank Smith of Dublin; her children, Teresa Denise Smith Wiggins (Tannie) of East Point and Shaundrea Louise Smith of Dublin; her granddaughters, Olivia Cheyenne Wiggins and Faith Amber Wiggins of East Point; and her siblings, Apostle James McMiller (Carolyn) of Dublin, Laudis Payne (Bernice) of Dublin, Wallace Payne (Paula) of Dublin, Alton Payne of Dublin, Albert McMiller (Daisy) of Atlanta, Katherlene Payne, Floralene Payne, Floris Sleighmon of Dublin, Jeanelle Brown of Saint Louis and Frizetta Payne Scott of Long Island. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
