We bid farewell to Julia Elaine Kilgore (Dublin, Georgia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 28, 2025 at the age of 81. Julia Elaine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, L. B. Dukes and Della Hendricks Dukes; her husband Otis Kilgore; and her siblings, Randy Dukes and Shelby Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Jay Wesley Runyon and Jeffery Lance Runyon; her grandchildren, Wesley Runyon, Amber Hadden (Nikkie) and Serenity Faircloth (Austin); and her sibling's children, Kelly Miller Greene, Rose Crosslin, Lee Miller, Jason Miller and Chad Dukes. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Olivet Baptist Church (1689 GA-19, Dublin, GA 31021). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
